This is a mix between the Louie Louie theme, some modern dance groove, and Mr.Tyng has certainly listened to the the noises used in Pierre Henry's 'Psyché Rock'. The Louie Louie influence is clearly there, the song being one of Matt Groening's favorites it was already adequately used in a Simpsons' episode.
